Aromatherapy
Pick an essential oil of your choosing to enhance your experience
 

Eucalyptus- helps with: respiratory problems, mental exhaustion, muscle pain, intestinal germs, skin care, diabetes, and fever

Peppermint- helps with Indigestion, memory problems, respiratory benefits, headaches, stress, and muscle pain.

Wild Orange- helps with heart health, relieves constipation, fights sicknesses, increase good vision, regulate high blood pressure, protects skin, and is also invigorating.

Lavender- helps with sleep, the nervous system, acne, pain relief, respiratory system, hair care, blood circulation, immunity, relaxation, and anxiety.

Roman chamomile- helps as an anti-inflammatory, calming, relaxing, brushing, depression, detoxifying, insomnia, muscle spasms, cramps, tensions, nerve pain, fatigue, rashes, restless legs, sciatica, shock, soothing, stress, and anxiety.

 

Cold Stone

A good decongestion and nasal swelling, eases inflamed tissues, decrease muscle spasms. Typically stones are massaged around the face to help in cases of migraines, sinus infections, or allergies.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

Is similar to Swedish massage with firmer pressure that allows the therapist to go into deeper layers and releasing chronic muscle tension and tissues, tendons, and fascia.

 

Hot Spot Treatment

Massaging 1 or 2 areas of pain with 5 stones incorporated for 15 minutes of the massage.

 

Hot Stone Massage
60-80% of the massage is done in hot stones.

Hot stones are used to massage the body, the heat from the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to access deeper muscle layers. It helps to expand blood vessels, promoting blow flow throughout the body.

 

Migraine Treatment

Cold stone therapy is used in combination of acupressure points. Román Chamomile, lavender, peppermint are used on trigger points for migraines, and a peppermint scalp is done towards the end.

 

Swedish Massage

Massage most people think about when massage comes to mind. Known as the relaxation massage, it levitates the body and helps relax knots with long glided strokes.

 

Therapeutic Massage

Massage mostly focusing on pain management, through different forms of stretching incorporated with trigger point therapy.

 

Trigger Point Therapy

Massage in where the source of the pain of a knot is located, pressure is put on the center and released to relax tension and promote healing.
